Appointments open up all day. This is where they go.
Last Minute Bookings is a marketplace for today. Providers post the openings in their day. Clients book what’s actually free in the next few hours.
The marketplace
A day that changes while you look at it.
Openings appear when somebody cancels or never books. They are worth something for a few hours and nothing after that.
An illustration of one afternoon, not live data. Real availability opens one area at a time.
Why it works
A hotel room, an airline seat and an afternoon appointment all have the same economics.
Sell it today or it is worth nothing tomorrow. That is a loss on both sides: the provider with a hole in the afternoon, and the person who had that same afternoon free and never found out. Every other perishable industry solved this decades ago, with standby fares and late rates. Local appointments never got the layer that does it.
You can't sell 3:30 again tomorrow.
Every unfilled slot is revenue that expired quietly. Filling it today means texting your list and hoping, while you’re mid service with your hands full.
- Keep the scheduling software you already use
- Set your own rules for which slots go out and at what price
- Pay only when a booking actually lands
- Let staff and contractors post their own availability
Today, or it isn't happening.
The good places are booked out. Finding a real opening today means calling around and getting told no five times, then giving up and going home.
- See what’s genuinely open in the next few hours
- Filter by the time you’re free, or by what you need
- Book and pay without a phone call
- Get told when a favourite opens up
How it works
One layer. Two sides.
Providers keep the booking software they already run. We sit on top, surface what’s open, and send people to it.
Openings go up
A cancellation lands or a slot never filled. It appears in the marketplace with the price the provider set for it.
Someone nearby sees it
Clients browse what’s free today by time or by category, sorted by soonest first, near where they already are.
It gets booked and paid
Confirmed in a few taps. The provider keeps working. The slot stopped being a loss.
What gets booked
Anything sold by the hour.
Time based services have the same problem everywhere. We’re starting where it bites hardest.
Dashed categories are on the roadmap, not open yet.
Early access
Which side of the chair are you on?
We open one area at a time so there is real availability on day one. Both lists are free and take an email, nothing else.
No credit card, and no app to download yet.
